Owner Portal on Agency Websites

For agencies we have made it possible for property owners to have their own log in to the website for their specific property or properties. You wouldn't want or need them to have access to the entire agency admin so instead we have created a lightweight admin for them to view their bookings.

You can create an owner login by going to the Agency Dashboard within your admin and clicking 'Edit' next to the client. You will then need to go to Users > Create New Account. They will then receive an email with details of how to login.

Once they have logged in they will be able to view various details about upcoming bookings at their property as well as a financial report of how much they have made from bookings through the agency website.

The owner also has the ability to mark unavailable dates on their calendar, add housekeepers and create accounts for members of staff to also have access to the owner portal. It's a good idea to create an account for each member of staff rather than sharing accounts, this promotes better security and allows us to record an accurate 'audit log' of who made changes.
