Offline Payment Instructions
StayTech gives you and your guests various options when it comes to making payments.
If you opt to offer ' Offline' options, such as bank transfer and cheque, you can populate the Payment Instructions with details as to how they can do so. For e.g. the relevant account number and sort code for a bank transfer, or who a cheque should be made out to.
Navigate to the main menu, Site Settings > select the tab at the top, Bookings and then add your text into the box.
We recommend that your instructions include some sort of reference for your guests, so you can identify who the payment has come from when you receive it. For instance, if they include their booking ID or lead bookers name.
Once complete, press the Update Site Settings to finish.
