Adjustments

You have the ability to add adjustments to a booking.  This could be anything from a discount for a returning guest to an additional cost for a pull out bed. When you create an adjustment it up dates the value of your stay.

How to Create An Adjustment

To create an adjustment you will need to login to your admin and go to Bookings > Select a Booking. Within here you will see all of the details of that booking. Click on Financials in the left hand menu and then 'Add Adjustment' you can put in a minus figure if you are giving the guest a discount.

Once you have added a description and amount click 'Create Adjustment'. It will then automatically update the value of your stay and show within the financial section of the booking. 

Guests will be able to see any adjustments made against their booking with their booking portal:
