Equipment
You may have certain equipment available for guests to use upon request at your property. This could be anything from a cot or high chair to a wheel chair ramp. Not all guests staying at your property will necessarily require this equipment so you have the ability to make it an option for them through the system. We have also made it so you can assign specific equipment to a room. For example the cot could be available for rooms 4 or 5. This enables the guest to choose prior to their stay so you can get the property ready for them.

How to Add Equipment
You can add equipment by logging into your admin > Click Properties > Select the property. You will then see a menu below the property image where you will need to click on Equipment. Next click Add Equipment and fill out the fields entering the quantity you have available and the rooms in which the guests can have them. The system will not let the guest select more equipment than is available so for example if the cot was available in multiple rooms but you only had 1 it would only allow them to add it to one of the chosen rooms.
The guest will be able to add equipment through the guest portal when they are adding their Bedroom Configurations and you will then be notified. You can also do this on their behalf by going to the Configurations section within the booking.
For configuration reminder emails to be sent out to the guest you will need to have assigned at least one bedroom configuration alongside your equipment. The guest will not be able to access their check in details until configurations are set.
