Guest Portal
Once a guest has created a booking they will have the ability to log in to their guest portal. Within here they can see all of the details of their booking such as dates, when payments are due and their terms and conditions. They also have the ability to enter their room configurations, make payments, add chargeable extras and view their check in details.
To access their booking portal the guest will need to visit the frontend of your website and click 'My Booking' in the top right hand corner of the page. They will then need to enter the lead bookers email address and their booking reference. Once logged in the guest will see a screen similar to the one shown below.
The majority of the links that go out in the automated emails throughout the duration of a booking will direct the guest to a section within here. You will also be able to see your guests activity within here by going to the Emails/Activity section of their booking within your admin.
