Deleting a Payment
You have the ability to delete a payment from a booking. We recommend doing this if a payment was added in error.
To delete a payment log in to your admin and click bookings in the left hand menu. Select the booking in question and click Financials. Within here you will see all of the payments added against the booking. If you click Manage Payments you will see a Delete Transaction button next to the payments.
Deleting payments will not affect the value of your stay, just the amount that is due.
