Information Tags

You can use Information Tags to pull data from your booking system and insert it into the body of automated emails. This allows you to write what would appear to be a more personalised or bespoke email, despite not needing to add specific information on a case by case basis. 

For example, you may want to address all guests via their first name, and can do so by entering {{ guest.forename }} which will pull through the name of the Lead Booker.

Information tags can be used in the following areas:

• Custom Emails
• Check In Details
• Alternative Directions
• Offline Payment Instructions
• Security Deposit Instructions

Please Note: Information Tags only work within the content area and would not populate the likes of a Custom Email Subject line.
