Check in Details

Your properties Check In Details should contain information for your guests as to what they expect upon arrival - how they collect the keys, whether they will be met by the owner/housekeeper, the code to the key safe, directions, check in & out times etc.

They are emailed to the lead booker as well as being available from the guest portal, X* amount of days before arrival and once the following criteria has been met:

  • Terms & Conditions agreed
  • Balance fully paid
  • Rooms configured (If applicable)

*You can set how early you want to allow your guests to view this information by going to Site Settings > Terms > Check In Details Available From (Days).

A common example and the default across the StayTech platform is 14 days prior to arrival.

Adding Check in Details

To add or update this information, navigate to Properties and select the relevant property > within the sub menu you will see an Edit section > once selected you will see a Configuration tab as displayed: 

Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see Check In Details, this is where you should add your guest arrival information.

Click the Update Property button to save your changes.
