Feedback New
The Feedback system has been updated to give you greater flexibility in how you gather, view, and manage guest reviews across your properties. This article outlines the key features and best practices to ensure you're making the most of the feedback tools available.
Customising Feedback Questions
You now have full control over the feedback form shown to guests. You can:
- Edit existing questions
- Remove questions
- Add new custom questions
⚠️ Important: If you plan to publish reviews or track scores over time, you must retain at least:
One "Quoted Rating" type question
One "Quoted Comment" type question
Only one of each of these special question types can be active at a time. You cannot have multiple "Quoted" questions live simultaneously.
Viewing and Managing Feedback
New guest feedback will appear in the Feedback tab.
From here, you can:
- Click any feedback entry to open the full details
- Mark individual feedback items as read
By default, the tab shows only new/unread feedback, but you can:
- Use the filters to show all feedback
- Filter by property using the dropdown
- Sort feedback by:
- Rating (high to low or low to high)
- Created date
- Status (read/unread)
Property View
When viewing a specific property, you’ll see:
- A list of the most recent feedback for that property
- Each entry shows its read/unread status
- You can mark feedback as read directly from this view
The property tile also displays the average rating. This is a weighted average, meaning newer reviews carry more influence than older ones.
Grid View and Table Layout
The properties page now allows you to switch to a table view, giving you:
- A more structured layout and the ability to sort by any column, including:
- Rating
- Last feedback received
- Property name
💡 This enhanced view replaces the need for a separate feedback report.
Feedback Source and Visibility
The rating displayed on the property is based on feedback received across all sites. However you will only see reviews submitted through your own site.
