Property Agreements

You can define your own custom statements that guests must agree to before being able to book a property, For example "I agree to observe the Regulations and Conditions Governing the use of the Swimming Pool". 

Property Agreements can be added against a property, these agreements then show up in the booking form alongside the terms and must be checked before the booking can be made. Customers whose bookings are created over the phone or manually have to agree to the statements at the same time as agreeing to their terms.

Adding an Agreement

To add a property agreement, navigate to the properties section within your admin. Click on the property you would like to add the agreement to and select 'Edit' within the menu. Click on the Configurations tab and right at the bottom of this page you will see an 'Add Agreement' button. Once you have added your statement click 'Update Property' to save this against the property.
