Reports Overview
- Availability Report - Especially useful for owners with multiple properties. This report gives you a visual representation of all your calendars in one place, allowing you to increase and decrease your view-port to more easily spot your available stays.
- Occupancy Report - This report calculates both your future or past occupancy rates and also takes into account any unavailable periods to give you a more accurate report.
- Financial Reconciliation Report - Tracks all payments through the system against all bookings. This report can be filtered by start and end dates and can also be exported to a spreadsheet to send to a book keeper or accountant. This report is especially useful for reconciling monthly bank statements.
- Finance Report - This report gives you totals for all property bookings on a month by month basis. Again by using the date filters can be used to analyse past payment trends
- Feedback Report - This report is actually two-fold. It aggregates all post stay feedback data to give your properties an overall satisfaction score and also allows you to dig down into each individual customer feedback response.
- Channel Report - The channel report is the key to understanding where your visits and bookings are originating from. It gives details of all referral traffic to your site and when coupled with channel spend data can give you a better understanding of where your money is best spent on third party web sites.
- Future Income Report - The future income report breaks down all money due to you on a month by month basis. This is based on when the payment falls due rather that the booking date. This report helps you to understand your cash-flow more accurately.
- Agency Report - The agency report is obviously geared towards agencies who sell space on their website to third parties. It tracks all referred bookings, visits and enquiries generated for their customers.
- Booking Report - Not strictly speaking a report, this file can downloaded from the calendar page in the admin and will give you an exportable file containing all your booking data.
In addition to the above our booking system uses "working lists" these are effectively real-time interactive reports that give you all the information required to run your business as efficiently as possible. Our currently available working lists are:
- Recent Bookings - All recent bookings with the most recent first.
- Awaiting Deposit - A list of all bookings where you are still waiting for a holding deposit to be paid.
- Awaiting Terms - All customers who are yet to agree to your terms and conditions.
- Awaiting Guests - Where you have specified a requirement for collecting guest information prior to arrival, this gives you a list of all bookings where guest info is outstanding.
- Awaiting Full Payment - Bookings where the full value of your stay is due now.
- Awaiting Final Payment - Where a customer has paid a holding deposit this list details all those booking who owe their balance and what is due today.
- On Hold - Any bookings you have placed on hold.
- Cancellations - A list of booking you have cancelled.
- Immediate Arrivals - Bookings arriving in the next 14 days.
- Awaiting Configuration - Where bedroom configuration is required this list details all bookings where you are yet to receive details.
If you take a security deposit we also have working lists for these:
- Due - Where a booking has now reached the date when a security deposit is now due.
- Not Due - Bookings who will owe a deposit in the future.
- Paid/Holding - All booking for whom you are currently holding a deposit.
- Refund Due - Bookings for which you now owe a refund.
- Refunded - Booking where you have either partially or wholley refunded a security deposit.
