Housekeeping Portal

Within StayTech you have the ability to assign housekeepers to your properties. Housekeepers will be able to see upcoming bookings within their portal accessing information about the booking that applies to them. They will be able to see the lead bookers information, room configurations, any notes that have been added, pets assigned, chargeable extras booked and how many guests are arriving.  See our help article for information on how to add a housekeeper: https://help.staytech.co.uk/article/71-housekeeping

Once you have added a housekeeper they will receive an email which will contain instructions on how to set up and log in to their housekeeping portal.

You will need to click the 'Setup' button within this email in which you will be prompted to set your password to log in. After you have been set up as a housekeeper you can also log in to your portal by scrolling down the bottom of the website and clicking 'Housekeeper Login' and entering your email and password.

Once you have logged in you will be taken to your Dashboard where you will see bookings that have been assigned to you.

When you click on a booking you will see all details including arrival dates, bedroom configurations and any internal notes.

You also have the ability to view the calendar for upcoming bookings and if you click 'Add to Calendar' you can download and iCal feed.
