Expired Booking Email

When a booking is made through StayTech, the customer is able to pay the price in full or create a provisional booking. Provisional bookings are partly incomplete and are not comfirmed as the payment hasn't yet been made, you can find out more about this in the Checkout Options article. 

You can set the Booking Expiration which dictates how long a guest has to pay before their booking expires by navigating to:

Site Settings > Bookings > Expire Unconfirmed Bookings After

If the payment is made within the given time frame, the booking becomes complete, otherwise, the booking is canceled. This makes it more flexible for the customers and prevents unnecessary refunds.
